What I offer
Moderated sessions with real users. I handle everything — screener, discussion guide, sessions, synthesis. You get a decision-ready output, not a 60-page deck nobody reads. Available in English, Mandarin Chinese (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, mainland China), and Indonesian.
Your team does too much guessing and not enough listening. I'll help you set up a lightweight research practice — when to research, how to run it fast, and how to make sure findings actually change decisions.
I'll help automate the parts of your research workflow that don't need a human — synthesis, tagging, insight tracking, reporting. Your team spends time on judgment, not admin.
