The black market is a special shop where everything is bought with doodoo only. Some items are dirt cheap, while others cost hundreds of thousands — orz
So seriously, don’t just spend your doodoo carelessly. Save it for the black market.

How Do You Get to the Black Market?

The black market’s secret entrance changes once a day, and the inventory refreshes every Tuesday evening.
You can find the daily entrance location under “bbs” → “Community” → “Shop Discussion Board” → “Black Market Intel.”
