Even Better Than the Demo! WordGame Full Version Walkthrough (Ongoing)

Playing through it right now and the gameplay, story, and music are all genuinely impressive. Anyone who can read Chinese can play — and you’ll feel the magic of the language in a whole new way XD.

Haven’t found it yet (ugh) — but if you backed the crowdfunding campaign, your name will appear on an in-game “Backer Wall” :D

Exclusive Skin

If you backed the campaign or ran with a “sneak-preview dog,” you can claim an exclusive skin.
How to redeem:

STEP 1. Go to the Skin registration system (https://poet.team9.co/skin/), enter your Steam ID and order number to verify, then re-login to Steam to unlock the skin download.
STEP 2. Switch to the standard run mode — the game will verify your account online and you’ll get the exclusive skin.

Once redeemed, you can switch it in the game settings 😀
In-game, just press Shift to toggle different running animations XD.

WordGame Walkthrough: Chapter 1

• 「門」(door)
• Talk to the 「狗」(dog) 【Achievement: A Dog’s Mouth Never Speaks Ivory】
• Enter the Li Ke Fu: 「燈」(lamp)
• 「鈴」(bell)
• 「請搖鈴」(Please ring the bell)
• Bronze – hammer
• Wheel – chisel
• Axle – oil can
• 「老」(old/elder)
• Many combinations:
  • Drill: 老頭 (old head)
  • Long ruler: 長老 (elder/长老)
  • Pliers: 老子 (Laozi / “old master”)
    (The text mentioned after getting the pliers) Find: 老到 (mature/experienced)
  • Will be old and wizened: 會老 (will age)
  • Hammer: 老鐵 (old iron / bro)

WordGame Walkthrough: Chapter 2

• The tallest tree on the far right
• Somewhere in the clusters there’ll be a flickering text 「劍」(sword) (I found mine in the upper-right cluster) 【Achievement: You Could Also Call It the Sword of Delit】
• Obtain the “Delete Sword” XDDDDD
• Delete: 燈不亮了 (The light is not on → The light is on)
• Delete: 沒有空氣 (No air → Air)
• Delete: 忘掉下去 (Forget falling → Fall)
• Delete: 沒有一條縫隙 (No crack → A crack)
• Delete: 不斷冒出 (Ceaselessly → Stops gushing)
• Delete: 史萊姆 (Slime → 萊姆/lime — if you die it becomes “I got acid-killed” XD) 【Achievement: Maybe Don’t Touch Acidic Things】
• Delete: 沒有要撤退 (No retreating → Retreating)
• Delete: 對敵方一籌莫展 (Clueless against the enemy → Just generally clueless)
• 【Bad Ending】 Delete: 不是很舒服 (Not very comfortable → Very comfortable) (Ending: I slept like a log)
• Delete: 身體跑來了 (Body running toward → running away)
• Delete: 規劃一條 (Plan a route → A route appears)
• Building: Delete: 看起來真是好慘 (Looks truly miserable → Looks truly good)
• Workshop: Delete: 看不到 (Cannot see → Can see)
• Tree: Delete: 喝倒采 (Boo/heckle → Applaud)
• Rubble: Delete: 即使牆壁 (Even the wall → The wall)
• (Snake demon appears)
• Workshop: Delete: 作坊的工具好難用 (The workshop tools are so hard to use → easy to use)
• Shop: Delete: 老闆決定要打烊了 (The boss decided to close up → The boss decided to open up)
• Stall: Delete: 今天沒有開門 (Not open today → Open today)
• Inn: Delete: 好傷心的人 (A very sad person → A very heartwarming person)
• (Snake demon attacks again)
• Delete: 不過是虛有其表 (Nothing more than all bark → Truly all bark)
• Delete: 你卻自己摔得鼻青臉腫 (You fell and bruised your own face → [Subject removed])
• Delete: 註定是走向勇者投降的結局 (Destined to walk toward the hero surrendering → Destined for the hero to surrender)
